By accessing risinggenerationafrica.co.ke or joining Rising Generation Africa ("RGA") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
1. Membership
Membership tiers, fees and benefits are described on the Membership page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Providing false information may result in suspension.
2. Code of Conduct
Members shall act with integrity, respect other members, refrain from partisan politics on RGA channels, and comply with Kenyan law. RGA may suspend or terminate membership for breach.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant RGA a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it for the purposes of operating the movement.
4. Payments
Payments are made via the channels listed on the site. RGA will confirm payment before activating membership. Contact us within 14 days of any disputed transaction.
5. Intellectual Property
The RGA name, logo, site content and program materials are owned by Rising Generation Africa. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The site and services are provided "as is". RGA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Kenya.
