Who We Are
Rising Generation Africa (RGA) is a youth-driven, non-profit and non-partisan movement dedicated to awakening, preparing and empowering a new generation of Africans capable of transforming the continent through ethical leadership, strategic thinking, innovation and purposeful action.
Founded on the belief that Africa's transformation begins with the transformation of its people, RGA serves as a platform that nurtures conscious, responsible and visionary leaders committed to building prosperous, self-reliant and united African societies.
Our Story
Bridging Africa's potential and its preparedness.
Africa is home to the world's youngest population and possesses immense human and natural resources.
Despite this potential, many African societies continue to face leadership deficits, unemployment, economic inequality, weak institutions, environmental degradation and limited opportunities for meaningful youth engagement.
RGA was created to invest in young people as catalysts of transformation.
